Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Individualized care in a group setting
We offer a collaborative treatment plan approach to increase stability and improve mental health and wellness.
A variety of practices
All of our practices are therapeutic, holistic, and evidence-based. We provide education on the origins and challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and personal development.
Support and skills
We help improve stress management techniques, communication skills, self-care, and an understanding of the challenges each person faces. We provide support and teach the skills needed to more effectively manage life’s challenges.
A healing, safe, and non-judgmental group setting
Our group sessions focus on compassion, trust, and reflection. We recognize that people can achieve ideal mental health outcomes when their mind, body, and emotional well-being are comprehensively addressed.
Emotional and psychological wellness
We assist people with integrating healthy life skills and separating from toxic and unhealthy habits that have been learned over time. We promote connections with self and others while increasing one’s meaning and purpose in life.
